Our
Design Convergence was founded in 2012 by Ar. Neelakshi and Ar. Sonam Srivastava, merging deep expertise in architecture, construction, design innovation, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Their combined vision laid the foundation for a firm that would eventually redefine the way projects are conceived, managed, and delivered.
Ar. Neelakshi’s journey began with her robust architectural background and an early adoption of BIM technology in India—dating back to its inception in 2002. As one of the first professionals to embrace BIM, she proved herself a pioneer in the field, training lakhs of industry experts and students and empowering them to leverage this transformative technology. Recognizing a significant gap in quality BIM services across the country, her passion and expertise set a forward-thinking approach into motion.
Alongside her, Ar. Sonam Srivastava brought extensive experience in architecture construction and the management of large, multidisciplinary projects. His unparalleled skills in monitoring, coordination, and execution enriched every initiative, ensuring that each project was handled with the utmost precision and depth.
As the journey unfolded, the addition of Ar. Eeshaan Shanker added a new layer of fresh perspectives and pioneering ideas to the team.
